Wonderful service and amazing customer care. This was my first time meeting her, and I honestly loved her. She was so kind, welcoming, and professional. She made me feel comfortable right away and did a beautiful job. I will definitely be coming back and recommending her to others!
Always get my hair done there. Elsie is great. Just got a perm today.
I have been going to Scruples for several years and would recommend Elsie to anyone. She is an excellent colorist, and I always get compliments on my color and highlights!
